Delivered scalable AWS CDK stacks (Lambda, EventBridge, API Gateway) while leading platform and infrastructure improvements across a cloud-based engineering environment. Modernised CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Semantic Release, led identity platform migrations (AWS Cognito, SAML, OAuth), strengthened system observability with Datadog dashboards and alerting, and drove service migrations and legacy system simplification — improving maintainability, security, and delivery confidence across the team.
Headed the migration of our admin system from Angular to VueJS + TypeScript (NPM → Yarn), and built our in-house CMS with Laravel, Twig and VueJS — now serving 80%+ of site content. Upgraded VueJS 2 → 3 and shipped custom customer modules.
Led development of a new influencer platform (VueJS, TailwindCSS, Laravel, PHP) and migrated competition sites from YII. Oversaw hosting upgrades to TLS 1.2, mentored apprentices and juniors, and introduced PSR-12 standards, standups, version control and CI.
Took charge of the company's bespoke competition platform with VueJS, Laravel, TypeScript and Bootstrap, and led the investigation into the legacy system that shaped it. Implemented automated tests and continuous integration.
Maintained and developed White Label sites and helped build a bespoke data platform — Twig front-end, Laravel back-end — aligned to company metrics, delivered on time and within budget.
